Mark Neal als Marty Jarvis

 

Mark Neal wurde am 9. Dezember 1961 geboren. Sein Schauspielerstudium legte Mark am Melbourne State College und P & M Studios ab.

Er war zunächst ein Jahr am Children’s Arena Theatre engagiert. Danach folgte eine umfassende Theater- und Cabarets-Karriere, während er im Fernsehen  kein Unbekannter mehr war. Er spielte in vielen Serien Gastrollen oder hatte auch einen ständigen Part. Zu nennen sind auf alle Fälle seine Auftritte in “The Eleventh Hour”, “Fast Lane”, “Tennis Elbow” 1982, 1984 war er in mehreren Episoden von “Prisoner” als Ian Simpson zu sehen, “While you’re down there” 1986, “Willing & Abel”, “Neighbours”, “Rock it”, “The Factory”. 1987 über- nahm er nach einer Gastrolle den Martin Jarvis in der Serie “Die fliegenden Ärzte”. Er spielte seine Rolle in der Werkstatt von Emma und sein Traum war es, in Paradise Beach surfen zu können. 1989 schaffte er dies auch, er schied nämlich aus der Serie aus.

Nach 1989 folgten weitere Fernsehauftritte in “Kelly”, “Embassy”, “Phoenix II”, 1991 “Chances”, “The Feds: Suspect” 1993, “The man from Snowy River II” 1994, ebenfalls spielte er in der Serie “Ocean-Girl” die Rolle des Agent Jake Shelby . 1995 spielte er in “Funky Squad”, “Blue Heelers”, “The last Word” und “Feast of July”, 1996 in “The Genie from Down Under”

1996 lebte Mark Neal ein Jahr in Brasilien. Danach spielte er in der US-Serie “Mr. Nice Guy” die Rolle des NEA Agent. In verschiedenen Charakterrollen    war er zu sehen. 1998 in der TV-Show “Something Stupid” (auch: “The Lazy Susan Show”), 1999 in “Pigs Breakfast”. 2001 spielte er in “Alex in Wonder”     den Guy und 2002 die Rolle des Harold in der Episode “The Chocolate Fairy” von  “Mothers and Daughters”. 2006 drehte er “Naked run”, wo er den Lonny spielt und 2009 sah man ihn als Mark in “Bunny`s Farewell”.

2012 war Mark in “The incendiary adventures of a scientist gone mad!” als Boss zu sehen.

Mark Neal was born on December 9th, 1961. His actor studies put Mark  studios down at the Melbourne State College and P & M Studios.

At first a year he was engaged at the Children Arena Theatre. After that a      comprehensive theatre and cabarets career followed while he was no more unknown person on television. He played guest roles in many series or also   had a permanent part. His appearances have to be called in any case in "The Eleventh Hour", "Fast Lane", "Tennis Elbow" in 1982. He could be seen in "Prisoner" in several episodes as Ian Simpson in 1984, in "While you`re    down there" 1986, "Willing & Abel", "Neighbours", "Rock it", "The Factory". In 1987 he took the role for the Martin Jarvis in the series "Flying Doctors".   He played his role in Emma's workshop and it was his dream to be able to    surf in Paradise Beach. In 1989 he also created this, he left the series.

Further TV entrances followed after 1989 like in "Kelly", "Embassy",   "Phoenix II". 1991 "Chance", "The Feds: Suspect" 1993, "The man from   Snowy River II" 1994, likewise he played in the series "Ocean Girl" the role   of Agent Jake Shelby. 1995 Mark was seen in "Funky Squad", "Blue Heelers", "The last word" and "Feast of July", 1996 in "The Genie from Down Under".

1996 Mark Neal lived in Brazil one year. After that he played the role of the NEA Agent in the U.S. series "Mr. Nice Guy". He could be seen in different character roles. 1998 in the TV-Show "Something Stupid" (also: "The Lazy Susan Show"), 1999 in "Pigs Breakfast". He played the Guy 2001 in "Alex in Wonder" and 2002 Harold's role in the episode "The Chocolate Fairy " of the series "Mothers and Daughters". In 2006 he played "Naked run", where he played Lonny and in 2009 one could see Mark in "Bunny's Farewell".

2012 Mark was seen as a boss in “The incendiary adventures of a scientist  gone mad!”.
